NOVEL INLINE ATMOSPHERIC DRY ETCHING TECHNOLOGY

At the core of the Nines technology is a dry process that works at atmospheric pressure, i.e. there is no need for slow vacuum based processes or wet chemical solutions.

The Nines offering aims to reduce the cost per watt of electricity generated and increase scalability of production whilst improving the overall sustainability of the manufacturing process.

Our processing  tools are engineered to meet the needs of the Terra Watt Solar age.  

Features include:

• Atmospheric Processing that facilitates high volume inline production

• Dry technology, using no process water

• Using process chemistries with Zero Global Warming Potential (0 GWP)

Development

We are actively working on new process technology that can be used by PV Solar Cell manufacturers to enhance the optical and electrical properties of solar cells, increasing their overall efficiency.
